It was really a nice experience.It is a huge hotel.The day and the time when we were checking in ,the hotel,rather Bangkok was hit by an earthquake but they managed well .The rooms were spacious ( skywing) ,The breakfast was mind-blowing.Its easy to get taxi from there .

Most important is the lobby from sky wing to lobby is like 500 m or more than that distance and it’s quite Ritt to go to the lobby away from the room is way too hectic.

I wish we had negative marking here.. there was no hot water, no towels, no AC, no working intercom, nobody was bothered to attend the comments verbally.i had booked a standard room initially but after having a look of the room, it was pathetic. hence I did upgrade. but having spent 2 times the money the upgraded room was still bad.
