We had a comfortable stay. the location is the most prominent for city tour but the overall interiors of the hotel needs an upgrade. The top floor 360 degree rotation was awesome and restaurant was also good. the Staff we very cooperative and the overall management was very well coordinated. The Bathroom installations require upgrade as per today's needs as the hotel is almost 30 years old. a little upgradation can make the rating to 5

Perfect location for shopping, city area and for food lovers. Specially for Indians who wish to have pure veg food. 5 to 6 nice Pure veg restaurants in two minutes walk. Mix Veg and Nov Veg also 5 to 6 restaurants in two minutes walk. For shopping lovers, street shopping just opp. it and 3 to 4 malls 5 to 12 minutes walk. I really liked the hotel as the hotel is huge. The hotel starts from that level where other nearby hotels end. The only con for me was the swimming pool was a bit small. Otherwise great stay. huge buffet with Indian vegetarian option. also you have to wait for lift as there were separate lifts from ground to lobby and then lobby to rooms. The revolving observation desk was free for the guests so saved money on that. big buffet to cater to all different needs
