worst experience ever rooms are so dirty and not in good shape floor is broken balcony not cleaned properly and bathrooms are so small

It's a 43-storey property, old rooms, and old furniture. Don't expect much from this hotel. Located centrally in Pratunam market and 10 mins walk to platinum mall.check-in is at 2 pm only, but you can keep your luggage and roam around.Breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of dishes.Overall average stay.

The size of the room is huge. Each room is basically a suite with one drawing room, one bedroom, balcony and washroom. If you do not mind staying in a property old, rusty and literally falling apart you'd enjoy this hotel. The furniture is falling apart, the mattress, the sofa everything is dirty and needs urgent repair. The only plus point is the location of the hotel.

baiyoke suite needs to upgrade as there's water clogging in the wash basin, bedroom ac with full of ice , two towels , two water bottles for three checked in passengers. rude housekeeping staff on 39 th floor , no humble speaking for her, very important is baiyoke suite has stopped serving tea bags in the room.

dirty tub, no hot water, wifi never connects. called room service but no one picks up the phone.
after multiple failed calls someone picked and sent an electrician who helped us for hot water in the shower which lasted only for 2 minutes.
