The location of hotel is perfect..near to the beach and walking street. The staff was very helpful.
The room was good but it was smelling, especially the pillows and sheet. The bathroom door was jammed, didn't close and the exhaust was also not working properly. The staff responded immediately to our concerns. However we stayed only for a night so nothing much could be done about it.

This is a very friendly hotel. They make you feel like a family and the rooms are super clean almost they clean everyday. The view is spectacular. Very close to the Balihai Bay and couple of beaches. Great connectivity. A 7-11 is close by for quick shopping.

very poor hotel. they provided us a different room (downgraded) with single 2 beds and joined it. this caused sever pain in back. The room which we booked was not provided on 1st for which the reason they said was they are fully occupied. We booked room 1 month back. it's not a guest friendly hotel. they hardly understand English or maybe they are not willing to understand it.

Loved this property. We had book ocean view room & the view was amazing. The room was huge with a large balcony & a mesmerising view. The location of the hotel was also very good, with bali hai pier & walking street in walking distance.
