The service at Hotel was extremely poor!! staffs are highly non-cooperative!! Rooms not as per booking and staffs not catering to any legitimate requests also!! Amenities as written while booking not available!! Highly not recommended to vegetarian travellers as almost no option is there in breakfast buffet!! Many more disgusting factors!!

only one worst of my booking history rude staffs in the reception addl charges cleaning was not properly not refilling toiletries no tooth brush paste maintenance was poor so long journey to the room from the reception

Good hotel,near to beach, walkable distance for all requirements.Many Indian restaurants near by, very comfortable stay.

There is no Indian Breakfast. Hotel is just next to the pattya beach and central festival shopping mall. We can find so many Indian Restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit old one but maintaining on a regular basis. The maintenance team is so quick and they serve you in a fastest time. Swimming pool is temperature controlled. However, the chlorine content is observed full in the swimming pool water.

hotel has 2 wings.... if the room is allotted in b wing....you have to change a lift...and have to walk a lot.... guest entry is chargeable...its 500 baht..... breakfast for pure vegetarian is very limited
