during checkout, the hotel staff conducted a so-called “room inspection” and claimed there was a barely visible stain on the bedsheet. without any clear policy or standard charge, they demanded 1000 thb per room as a damage fee! it was nothing but a dishonest attempt to extract money. after a tense argument, i managed to negotiate it down to 300 thb, but the entire experience was stressful and unpleasant. the worst part? the staff at the reception were extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearl ...more

Whenever you go to this hotel Bella Express, the staff there says that this hotel is not good and charges extra to shift you to another property and if you check in here, then they give you the room with wrong view or demand extra money and the breakfast is also not good, so please I will not recommend staying here.
