Absolute waste of money! its very outdated, all the furnitures, appliances, are in too bad condition. The washing machine was leaking and the whole kitchen was flooded with water. kitchen was so dirty -spoons, oven, stove, fridge everything -didn't feel like touching it. despite informing the reception to clean it properly they never bothered to do it. unfriendly staff and never seen them smile even once.location is nice thats the only plus.

I had booked for 3 person in advance, but when I go for check in they had charged me 345 dirhams extra, I ask for details, they told me we don't know the system says like that, , , very bad experience

Such a worst hotel ever. Don’t ever pls visit. They just say something and do something. They don’t allow guest in the room. They don’t provide proper WiFi and finally just for one hour late check out they charged 100 AED. They cleaned the room but didn’t locked when we went out. Managers are rude and not professional!

The services were good, prompt, and to the expectations. Some amenities in the washroom could be better, but otherwise satisfactory. The staff was courteous and helpful. Range of food variety is good, and for the most items, the food is good. The stay seemed quite reasonable for the cost. Thanks

Room over all good, service also good, here laundry service also available. But here dont have bar. Near by hotel dont have indian restaurant
