Nice hotel located in the heart of central pattaya. Big size room. All amenities provided alongwith big refrigerator and microwave oven. Neat and clean environment. Will return again.

Nice property with 3 buildings with a big swimming pool in the middle. All amenities provided in the room. Clean and quiet environment. Big room with balcony and bathtub. Overall had a very good stay.

i clicked 3 photos from my room balcony Pool-view😅 , this was my last mistake to choose Grand Bella hotel Pattaya.Pool-view means road , trees and between these you see pictures that called pool view ?.I pay 300 BTH for early check-in and no upgrade by hotel management? After that on the second day, room service cleaned my room but did not refill the toilet amenities and we came to the room after the spa, there was no shower gel or shampoo and soap.I went with the complaint, I told the recepti ...more
