"During our stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, we were greeted by the mesmerizing sight of the iconic Twin Towers right from our room window, providing an unforgettable backdrop to our experience. Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Good location. There was dining facility. They gave candies, cake, breakfast, free wifi , swimming pool was given as complimentary services.

Staff service was wonderful. Amenities were working well within the room even it was too decent. Food & drink were good & impressive. Cleanliness was maintained by the hoteliers.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur customer service in simple words is POOR. We two friends checked in together and they gave us rooms on different floors. On requesting rooms on same floor which is very normal common sense they made us wait for very long. At the end they did provide but with lot of arrogance as if we are staying there for free. You request them anything and they will tell you NO bluntly for everything which was shocking to see for a chain like Hyatt. Over and above they have such stupid ...more

Lovely hotel with downtown views.
Excellent pool with views of the Petronas Towers.
Food at the hotel is a bit pricey but lots of options within short walking distance.
