It was a decent hotel in a good location...BTS just 5 mins away and NANA PLAZA just a mere 10 mins walk...Had a 7-11 around the corner. All in all a good location to be at.

The hotel got changed from 3 towers to only one tower and the rooms are not renovated or redecorated since 20 years I am going there breakfast area is very small unlike past and very limited breakfast choices

a very bad experience, after having empty room, did not peovide us early check in, even after we told we will pay extra, if a person comes from some other country, atleast they should have the courtesy

It is a value for money hotel in a very good location. It is a very old hotel which is renovated. Rooms are simple and nice.

old grand president was good before covid. the whole room is very unclean dirty and smells of cigarette smoke not maintained after covid. no proper staff. rooms are very old and stinking. toilets are very very dirty. i am a regular in the hotel before covid but now the hotel is pathetic! not maintained at all. never go here again. i cancelled my booking here and booked elsewhere. they hotel manager was very king to cancel my booking as the pictures shown during booking was totally different when we stepped inside the room!
