Very bad service.1.dead phones in room with no connectivity.asked 5 times going to the reception to fix the phones.nothing can they do within 4 days of stay.2.everyday they clean the room but nothing will have a major change.3.no towels and toilet mats are replaced or available all days.complete disaster.dont go there if u dont want to go and ask anything you want by going from lift to reception and if you are lucky u will get it the thing u asked for.

This hotel not a name they changed name already then it's quite confusing however room is just specious and ok for short stay. Check in smooth and helping staff and good balcony

This hotel is in a perfect location in Tokyo: the areas of Yanaka, Ueno, and Asakusa are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. The hotel is also quiet. Though there were eight bunks in my room, it didn't feel crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really bad experience. People at the reception were so negative. They didnt even change the sheets or towels for the 2 nights i stayed. Wifi is only for name sake.
