We were on leisure trip stayed for 6 nights with kids. We had booked 2 rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 2BHK Residence as it allowed us to stay together as family, thanks to Mr. Ayman for same.
Breakfast spread was good with dedicated Indian food counter. Regular savouries like Pan Cake, Egg Counter, Live Counters (Dosa, Chilla, Uttapa etc) were available. Mr. Eroll served us good omelettes each day. Overall, very satisfied with the property and the staff. 5 Star s ...more

Hotel is nice clean and clear
Brekfast also good for Indian tourist rooms are specious and nice decore.
over all 5days stay was awesome and definitely I would like to visit again and recommend this hotel to everyone..

one of the best hotels in allriga dubai ,staff r very good especially the basika,mini,khin,ana,sandesh they helped me to take care of the trip in good manner

Hyaat Alrigga in Dubai is best for Family stay as its near by market place and airport.Hotel staff is very polite and service is good. Rooms are quite big enough. Overall good experience.

very very bad experience...We stayed there for 5days. Room's cleaning staffs behaviour was very bad ..when we told to change the bedsheets nd pillow cover he refused to do that...saying we use same bedsheets for 2 days. Than we complaint at the reception counter than they changed the bedsheets. Reception counter charged 200aed extra for my guest to enter the room ,ipaid for it but again they asked his passport , but was not available with him at that time.So they do not allowed .So I asked to r ...more

this is a horrible property with the very small room and they are not allowing me to check in the room I have been waiting on the road since 10:00 a.m. in the morning and it's almost 7:00 p.m. in UAE finally look into the matter..
have been emailing your since morning but there is no reply and you people are asking me to wait for 72 business hours so should I stay on the road for 72 business hours???
