The location is prefect. close to Gold souk and meena bazzar so shopping is easier. The service is amazing, staffs are accommodating. The breakfast spread could improve. would definitely recommend for a stay in Deira area

we never will go to hyatt regency in dubai because it staff was very unhelp to guest as we faced very bad experience with themthe matter was about deposit of aed 200/300 as we already paid but hotel has policy for deposit aed 200/300. i reached hotel from airport @ 11.31 pm with my dubai friend to hotel and hotel person said that you need to pay deposit of 200/300 but u fortunately i didnt have aed because we had money in dubai office and my friend also forget wallet so we requested to them in m ...more
