The hotel is a pure cheat. Upon arrival they charged me 300 ringgit (5800 Indian rupees) as security deposit and promised me it would be adjusted towards my final bill. But on the day of check out they told me to pay the final bill fully and the security deposit will be automatically refunded back into my account within 2-3 days since it was made by credit card payment. However till date no refund of my security deposit is made by the hotel despite me sending e-mail reminders n requests to them. Please avoid that hotel

Impiana is one of my favorite Hotel to Stay in KLCC.... when i visited in Nov 2019 some repair work is going on .. so expect some drilling noise from 10 to 6 pm .... Charging Points.. i really felt hard to find charging points ... probably thats what they are fixing as part of repair..
Hotel location and Food is damn good ...

Good service and ambience, Swimming pool
near to many tourist spots, near to KLCC
But I don't know why they have charged prior to check in and after check out the money telling that it's tourists tax??

It was good stay, it was initially i had faced issue for early check in but after requesting they gave us chcek-in, Staff and services were good, Location of the hotel was easily accessible. food in the hotel was local food which was malaysian so it was not that good for indians.

Very well located hotel. Petronas twin towers, KLCC park, Suriya mall are within walking distance. Skybridge connects the hotel to these places and makes travel very convenient.
