I would not recommend this for a decent stay

We got the room on 2nd floor but there was no lift. Bathroom walls were dirty and did not have tiles. Even fittings were old. However, the location was good. Pub street was hardly 1.5 km away and you get tuk-tuk everywhere. You have to negotiate with tuk-tuk and they took us for $1 to market.... Overall nice experience.
