Very Bad Experience...22 years Old Building...Old Rude staff....Synthtic Bedsheets....Will never suggest to anyone..
Non cooperative staff specially reception and house keeping...Neither willing to work nor willing to help

I prefer to the travellers to take rooms from 9th floor for a better view

this was the view from our hotel balcony. deluxe room. the view is as good as amari's or holiday inn's that charge you triple the room tariff. rooms are bigger than average, approx 45sqm. AC is very good and chills fast. locker facility is also available. the hotel is located right on the beach road and is flocked with pubs, bars Nd supermarkets. great place to stay at and value for money..

the view is as good as Hilton's. the property is little run down but the location is superb. helpful staff and a good pool make ur stay even better. overall a very convenient and comfortable hotel. much recommended. blue for money.

great property at Soi 1, Pattaya. almost as big as Amari or Holiday Inn. The view from the balcony is amazing. u can see the entire beach road. deluxe rooms are little undermaintained but executives are better. the size of both are equal though. pool is superb and u will find tops supermarket just below the building. overall,. a great experience

It is located very close to beach and other massage centre

The room we got wasn't clean and tidy. Very old furniture and fixtures. Wall paints were chipping off and the wall had blood stains. Found many tiny cockroaches in the room and in the washroom, one went inside our noodles. Washroom's shower curtain has a black layer of fungus. Plug points were ill fitted, we were scared to plug in our chargers. Over all room condition was very bad. Won't suggest this hotel for stay in Pattaya. Later on I found rooms in other hotels in good conditions in less amount on the same Pattaya beach road, having beach view.
