It's a good hotel. The staff is also friendly and many tourist destinations nearby. Only thing I didn't like it , During check-in They asked us to submit our passport and told us that it will be at hotel reception till we checkout.Passport being very important document cannot be kept at the reception. After too much request, they asked us to submit a deposit of thousand bath per room.

we have very bad experience because we book 4+1 room for 6 days.we show our booking on desk but she say your booking is not conform.then after she check then say yes you have a book 4+1=5 rooms here.hotel no have sort towels in room and also no have sleepers.if you ask for towels and sleepers hotels staff say we no have. on our last day hotel reception call to our room and say sir hotel check out time is 11 o'clock but in our booking hotel check out time is 12 o'clock.this resorts is not 4 star ...more

really bad experience . no room service. my guest informed twice to change the rooms but still they didn't respond..later v had to checkout and book other hotels

it was nice stay at Hotel Mind, Indian food available. good and big swimming pool, Big size room but only little old property so old shower and taps. Small living room and kitchen was also available. Mostly all Indian people come here for buffet lunch after coral island tour which is arranged by tour agents. Mostly families stay here in this hotel. 2 kms away from Pattaya beach so little silent area. We were late so security person arranged order of Indian food delivery online. Overall it is good hotel for Indians to stay.

It’s ok ok at this prize …room was good and ok get some maintenance..and food was disgusting all the time they provide old food some time and not serve fresh …and breakfast was same every day ..

The resort is excellent 😊, Nice and luxurious, large rooms and superb linen. they also upgraded us from super deluxe to executive as the category was not available . very polite staff, i recommend their resort for stay to everyone. 👍
