I did not enjoy it at all,
because my booking for 22nd was for early check in
but when I reached there in the morning they charged me 700 Baht extra for early check in
when I tried to talk to them the owner shouted at me and told me to go to another hotel
while this booking was non refundable and they do not give extra water in the room, not do they give hot water kettle also
on top of that they behaved as if they do not like Indians
the money I gave you from 22nd to 23rd has been wasted,
I want a refund

First trip to thailand and my first booking in this hotel. turned out to be a fairy tale. I would always recommend this resort. friendly staff and full amenities. swimming pool is the best feature.
