Everything is just perfect about this hotel. The sea view from the room. Lovely massive pool and infinity pool. Lovely staff and the room is just so nice to live in. Thank you!

Stayed with my wife. We had an awesome time. Room and hotel was super clean and staff were very friendly. Will surely book in the future if I visit Phuket again.

That was a good experience. But on our last day their was a probelm, one of the hotel staff member came inside our room with master key, without our permission for checking our room. This was ridiculous. How someone can enter in our room without our permission. Overall it was a great experience.

LOCATION : A little bit far off from the main bangla street and other happening spots at patong. however, one has access to a few tourist agents around the resort to organize the tours and bike rentals. A main road runs in front of all the hotels at patong and none of the hotels are touching the beach.CHECK IN EXPERIENCE : We were made to wait 2 hours after arriving at the hotel at the lobby i.e. till 2 pm which is the official check in time. Hotel is located at one of the best location in patong, very near to patong beach and bangka road.
Breakfast not good for Indians if you are vegetarian only fruits you can have better to skip the breakfast.
Rooms are very good, Pool area has best view of ocean and patong beach.
Hotel service is slow they have limited staff and not that friendly.
