The hotel rooms are nice and clean but there is no service at all.i stayed 3 nights and hardly we could get anything to eat from the hotel so need to go out to have something. Breakfast is not upto the mark

everything nice .suggested that made smoking zone area .because smoking is not allowed. so make seperate area .

worst hotel and very bad staff never ever think to book this hotel everyone is rude there every time they ask for only money if u want a normal bath towel they ask for extra money..dont ever book dis hotel.

The breakfast was not good as very much limited options were there. No buffet was there. All other things were fine.

Awesome Hotel with complimentary transfer to nearest metro.But kind of busy at nights not walk able because of nana plaza nearby..Also got best deal than any other booking websites ....which i find its awesome hotel is class in its own way has everything with it....they made my stay as if its my home!!It would be nice if hotel guys speaks english..they cant understand fluent english!but reception people were nice!they didnt make any hazzle..Best in bangkok
