Anything you ask for response is either "you are not entitled, or u r entitled only for this much, or item asked is out of stock...somewhat good...but definitely not for a family stay though it is very close to tourist market place

ordinary. The hotel has a very dull ambience, poor decor and lighting. the room decor and lighting is not up to the mark. breakfast was ordinary.

Stayed in parklane hotel for 2 nights. Overall a comfortable stay. I booked a superior room from the app but receptionist on arrival told me that all their rooms are of same price and they dont have a superior room available as guest previous to me did not check out. I had to settle with a twin bed and a small room. They Managed to change to a bigger room for 2nd night but still it was not the superior room which i booked. Hotel towels need replacement.
