Overall the hotel was good. Room was spacious with balcony. Swimming pool small but under this budget overall experience is good.

Hotel is good. Staff is friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Only issue is no Internet in the 2nd floor...

The hotel was pathetic. There was nobody to listen to us. There was a dumb guy sitting at the reception who did not understand english at all. When we requested him to give us some tea or coffee he didn't understand at first but when we tried to explain him then he said everything is closed. This happened around 9 PM. We requested him to give us some tea or coffee sachet so that we can make tea ourselves but to this as well he said that he doesn't have the key for almirah having sachet.

Nice clean hotel in Ao Nang, close to the beach and to the Center Point. There was only one person at hotel reception. While checking out in the early morning, no one was there. My friend asked for extra tea / coffee sachets which were declined. However still a comfortable stay I would say. Not sure about service as our stay was brief.
