bed stands was made of iron rods and every time we walk in room it hits us. and in very few time I got hurt me lot and got bleeding

Nice & clean hotel but room was very small. Didn't have any room service and they also served breakfast but I didn't tried.

All the things were good. Location of the property was perfect. No problem with the services. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Food that I tried was very tasty. I can recommend this property to stay with a group of friends and for a solo trip.

Good location and rooms are bery clean.
But service is not up to mark. Breakfast is not good at all. Most of the staffs are not friendly

NEGATIVES:
1) We had to carry our luggage from the entrance to the reception over a flight of 15 steep stairs. No elevator access to the reception. The counter labeled 'concierge' at the entrance provides no assistance.
2) Despite online payed reservation, the reception guy asked me for 500 baths as security deposit. He dint insist once i bluntly refused
3) No staff guides you to your room once u arrive.
4) No halal food
5) Dont book taxi from the hotel, they charge ext ...more

Excellent place to stay and the staff is very supporting, excellent stay at S33.
