Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was superb. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary service.

It's located very near to the metro so it's very accessible & the food that they provided to me was tasty & their rooms very comfortable & they are very hospitable as well. It was a pleasant stay of mine.

Breakfast buffet is very limited, room smelled damp when entering after few hours without ac. Location is great and staff are very helpful

It was awsum amazing friendly cooperative staff and good services and neat and clean room with a view. We had no issue at all . Smallest query to the biggest issue was addressed promptly .

The hotel is well located the staff are excellent and the house maidens are very clean and polite the front office staff always smile and greet you each and every time the breakfast is adequate and so is the check in and check out process very quick I only missed a scale in the hotel and could not manage my weight of the luggage thus ended paying 4300Bhat for extra weight.Over all a great experience.

This is a two star hotel for a four star price location is just in the red light area breakfast is from limited menu mosquitoes in the room not a good experience staff is good and polite
