Overall stay was good but, exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. And door handle of the bathroom was not proper we cant close it properly.

The hotel location was amazing. It is present at a location where you have the view of Dubai creek water on 3 sides. If you get a suite, you can get an amazing view of the creek. The metro station is also nearby so need not worry about the connectivity.

Rooms are good spacious, with a great view It's at silent location where you can relax after your whole day shopping its just 5-10 mins walking distance from spice market, cloth market, gold souk etc. The staff is good helping all time available to serve at the best they can do it . The only issue is WIFI network at the rooms need to be updated with higher speed.

Please train the front office and restaurant staff on customer service and how to be polite with the customers.

The hotel staff was very good, and the food was very tasty, I have completed my 6 days very peacefully, And it is nearer to the metro also. Recommended for others.
