I was a family traveller as well as a group traveller, the hotel staff is good , but the service is very slow , if u ask for a room service then it will take 3-4 hrs , if u ask plates or glass they will take 2 hr , air condition was not working perfectly , old furnish hotel ,
I think so the there are better options than this i have booked becoz of the brand name but the name was used they dont even know the the leela indias service , so i m totally disappointed with the hotel condition , the po ...more

Over all, Im not happy with hotel. Room service was rusted. Swimming pool was in bed condition and under maintenance. Few of mentioned services was not available.

Pls don't ever book leelaIt was the most third class hotel I have ever been tooToo high price for a 1 star type hotelStaff is non co-operative and even the restaurant is worst No cleanliness no room service no on time help nothingIts just waste of money & you will feel like u are staying in slum area. I request pls don’t book

Hotel is around 1 km from nearest metro station i.e. Deira city centre. It is located in a location where you wont find much of restaurants.It would be better if you stay in Bur Dubai are where you will find numerous restaurants.Also this not the The Leela which is running in India.By any standard it is not comparable to The Leela in india.Also book this only if you dont have any other option in Dubai, if it is last hotel in Dubai.
