we had booked for three nights in the marina phuket hotel. we came a bit early on the day of arrival. we initially had plans just to refresh, leave the luggage and explore the patong area before checking in. to our surprise, we were offered early check in into a room towards the south end of the hotel, just below the hotel name board. we had booked for a deluxe room and the room was spacious enough, with a balcony facing south. we had a small cliff view on the left side and the road view on the ...more

Hotel is in the prime location. Roof top swimming pool is good First day I stayed in 3 rd floor which is noisy .The hotel is in the road side .So I was getting vehicle sounds , couldn't able to sleep at all .So If you are booking here ask for top floors I booked double deluxe room ,however the room size to small for the cost.All the rooms are almost similar size I feel .And worst part I felt was they charged for water bottles which are kept inside the refrigerator in side the room .50THB for 400 ml .Over all it is costly for the room size and the services they provide .

Hotel staff checked our bags at checkout for room towel and found nothing. Rooms are noisy dirty and bad smelling.. not recommended .. almost missed our flight because of delay by hotel staff at checkout time..

It's very good hotel, staff is very friendly and positive point it's near to Bangla Street which is 1 km so u can walk. Breakfast is very good.
