Behavior of the staff was not at all good, you do not behave like this with your customers. Absolutely pathetic people. Washroom was not good. Size of the room very small. Staff was behaving like they are giving us the money for staying in the room.

There are no toilettries available at the Hotel, only cleanser was available. Location was good, there were lots of mosquitoes are there in the room, AC were quite old.
They didnot have the mosquitoes repellant spray or machines on our first day of visit, They charge money for every single thing like towel for pool was chargeable at 20THB, if there will be any stain to any towel and bedsheet then it is separately chargeable.
Wash Basin was blocked in our room.

It is a wonderful resort. Really big and beautiful.. we had a private pool access as we booked a deluxe bungalow... you will thoroughly wnjoy your stay at The Natural Resort for sure

Checkin was very slow , reception took 45 min ... resort was Green / clean and service was also good / cheapest in . over all very happy
