The staff were very rude. They made a fuss about sending the luggage to the room and wouldn't provide drinking water (at extra cost) at night despite being present at the reception for check-ins.

While booking it was mentioned that Breakfast is complimentary. But when we went there for breakfast the Hotel staff declined us saying that it has not been booked. We also showed them the booking reference, but they said it is not booked or paid while payment at the counter while check-in.

The room was small but very clean. All the bed sheets and towels are clean. the eigi is not speed. overall good hotel.

Property was in the center. Staff was helpful there. Breakfast was available but they denied for early check-in request.

Location was very near to Kuala Lumpur city center and on cheaper rate. All other things were good except hotel do not have facility of meeting room in the hotel.

We had an excellent stay in Hotel Transit which is a 5 minutes walk to Petaling Street and is opposite to Pudu Sentral. It was value for money at Goibibo rate. Lot of supermarkets and other restaurants at a walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if I visit KL again.
