Very nice hotel, there is smell in room, which is updated to hotel staff. Location is good and easy commutation

Wovv 5/5 except elevator issue. their were only 2 elevator. Receptionist gave me room on 36th floor. Love the scene from window. rooms has all the necessary things. neat and clean room. minimart and restaurant in hotel. infinity pool on 37th floor having stunning city view though the security guard was rude over their. checkin and checkout was very smooth. have requested receptionist to give same room for next visit. overall it's 5/5 property.

Our stay was nothing short of a disaster. Being assigned to the 38th floor felt like a punishment, especially with only *one* functioning elevator. Waiting 30 minutes each time just to reach our room or get back down was an exercise in patience. The other guests? Let’s just say they weren’t exactly the kind you’d want to share an elevator with (if it ever arrived). The location and the view is worth staying for. Easy to commute to in and around places.
However there’s nobody that attends you via phone and wait time in lifts are little longer than expected.
It’s okay as long as you don’t expect to be treated like how hotels would do..

i hate this hotel , now hot water , no bathroom tap working , no ac work , location also nit good, there is no walking distence things to do, even if we want to go eat food we have to take taxi. no wifi work , no clean , no nothing here , no veg food. no ac work , smelly room , no network . no phone worki no loacker work, sofa smelly .only pool is working .
