Season Five Hotel

It is a new hotel. the rooms are big in size and with a seperate changing room and large 3 big wardrobes. free sandals for in-house use and two bathrobes and two large bath towels and two small for washbasin use. seperate kitchen basin, kettle and stuff near to entrance for small cooking purpose. mini bar with items, chargeable if consumed. bath tub with hot water facility, clean and neat bathrooms, toilet with health faucet. bathroom has slidable door and a slidable window but no latches. (naughty kids may make problems). digital safe locker. in the room, a seperate sofa and small table. in deluxe room it is large enough for child to sleep. all room have balcony with two chairs and a small table. beds are good which won't cause pain to spine. bedroom lamps, tv, cd player and channels, large long table with drawers to put items if you have. room alone may be 200sq.ft plus avg. From ground floor, to use lift, you need to use your room key or will not work. that is added security but once in you can go down without it. The check in time is 2pm and check out 12. after 12pm, the key won't work if it is your checkout day and hence, if you are out, you have to seek help from reception unless you extended it. After check out, you can keep your luggage in the security area safely. The reception and the staff are so nice and well mannered. pleasant and polite. free continental breakfast normally from 6 to 10am, but if at the time of check-in or booking, only one name is given, only one person will get breakfast even if it is double. so if you have a guest who joined later, he/she may not get unless 300 baht is paid. 8th floor has gym and swimming pool from 7 am to 7 pm. house keeping until 5pm and later to seek reception help. restaurant will close at 9pm is a problem when compared to night life of the area. the location is superb. the hotel is at Soi 5 and all night life until 2pm goes in Soi 6. so close. In front of the hotel, an original thai hotel and decent food. hardly 35mtrs you will get currency exchange centre towards T-junction. Is you walk right from their, you can see Indian restaurants and Indian street restaurant which may run until 2am. Mc Donald restaurant is also hardly 50 mtr from hotel. 50mtrs towards left of hotel, you will reach beach road. For 10 baht in tuk tuk, you can go to Madras Durbar hotel for south indian food which is really good tasty food but little bit expensive starting from 200baht approx. walking street may be 35 baht in tuk tuk. Drinking street is walkable distance which is also a large place for alcohol and activities. Rasputin is just behind the hotel, Honey 2,Sabadi, and etc are also within 100mtrs. Presently, i don't see much of Indian mature family and hence less noise. Free Wi-Fi and free parking. Note;:- No guest joiner fee. As much guest as you like 😘😂. Also please do remember, you have to pay security of 1000 baht in cash only and for that, no card transaction allowed.

Large and quite Rooms. Limited breakfast options. They denied breakfast at 10.25am stating their restaurant closes at 10.30am which was totally unfair. The front desk and Restaurant staff are totally unresponsive to any concerns. It's a 3 star not a 4 star Hotel as per my experience.

Good and easily reachable location. The services were all good and up to the mark. The staff was also helpful. The food that they provided was also tasty. In terms of security, it was secured to stay.

Hotel location is good. It's near alcaza and many soapy parlour. Easy access to beach road and second road. Indian restaurant are walking distance. Rooms are pretty spacious with balcony.
