Sun and Sands Clock Tower

What a pleasant way to start your vacation when Sun and Sands Clock Tower allows you early check in. We travelled to Sharjah and Sun and Sands Clock Tower check in was from 2 PM. But the wonderful hotel receptionist allowed us early check in and we got the room by 10 AM. Our package included the breakfast and she suggested that till the room is getting ready we can finish our breakfast. Coming to the room. We had booked a room with two queen beds. They offered us a room with one King size bed and additional cot on 5th floor. The offer was worth taking. Room was clean. Beds were firm, clean and comfortable with ample pillows. The additional cot was also comfortable with additional pillows and blankets Amenities in Room: 1 Couch 1 Mini Bar refrigerator, 1 Telephone 1 Free wi fi The bathroom was clean with running hot water. They provided ample towels and they were changed on alternate days. The house keeping lady was checking daily for housekeeping. We got the rooms cleaned on alternate days. Breakfast Options: The seating area was comfortable with well laid out breakfast buffet. 1. Chicken sausage 2. Fried Egg/Boiled Eggs 3. Fruits 4. Juices 5. Tea/Coffee/Milk 6. Fruit Cake 7. Croissant 8/ White/Brown Bread with jam and honey 9. Cornflakes 10.Pitta Bread Since my spouse is pure vegetarian they made aloo puri/cholay on daily basis. This was well appreciated. The stewards took great care and everything was being refilled regularly. Location and other amenities 1.Sun and Sands Clock Tower has few night clubs which are on "M" floor.We did not use the clubs 2. There is a swimming pool on the terrace with a life guard. The timings are 9 AM to 1 PM. We did not use this facility 3. Sun and Sands Clock Tower is 200 mts away from Al Rigga Metro station. We found the location very convenient as we extensively used metro for our commute. 4. Diagonally opposite Sun and Sands Clock Tower is the New Era Super market. You can get all your daily need items from there. 5. There are multiple eateries near Al Rigga Metro station. We used Landmark restaurant. It had Indian (North/South), Chinese, Filipino options. The prices were reasonable 6. There is a travel desk at the reception. We booked the Abu Dhabi tour via him. At the reception you can get multiple fliers for various tour options. We booked a tour for desert safari using that advertisement material. It was worth it. We found Sun and Sands value for money. I would certainly stay there if I visit Dubai again Regards Vineet

Great, excellent experience. Five stars for all staff. Mr.Bunty Kakkar and Mr. Salman at the Reception were very cordial,helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff Navin very professional,polite and helpful. Mr.Junaid from hotel Service 7stars as he went out of his way to show customer service and satisfaction. Breakfast arrangements at Sun and Sands Clock Tower were excellent . Keep it up Sun and Sand . Looking forward to stay again when possible.

Sun and Sands Clock Tower is good, but shows signs of ageing. Limited breakfast items. Proximity to metro station is a huge plus. The rooms are dark because there is hardly any sun light. And the lighting in rooms isn't sufficient. Its usually clean. The bathrooms are bit old. Rooms are big enough but will get congested for more than 2 people.

It was a nice hotel. Very close to airport and walkable distance from Al ras metro station. Taxis always avilable from hotel exit door. Indian restaurants also avilable in walkable distance if you are not opting Hotel food. I stayed there for 4 Nights with family . Complementary Breakfast menu also decent and good on that price range.

all things were good except food..they serve you same breakfast daily which for veg people not likable atall. nd everyday same was really not recommended. one more thing you better take room above 4th floor..coz at 1st floor,night clubs are operating which produces noise which will diaturb u at night.. other than this all was good

Just replace the Old Carpets and Upholstery of the Sofas & Chairs which are stained .Everything is perfect except the stained Carpets & Upholstery Food & Drinks are expensive in Sun and Sands Clock Tower , If you find the cost of the Food OK in Sun and Sands Clock Tower , you will have no problem .Quality of Foood is Very Good

Sun and Sands Clock Tower room and experience was decent. Connectivity to restaurants, fast food chains and pharmacies is good. However, there was a problem with the WiFi, which even after being resolved, didn't seem to work. Overall experience - Good

Good hotel for the Price. They offered a Complimentary Breakfast for people staying more than 3 days that was a great offer. Only negative is Complimentary Water bottle for the first day alone . Otherwise Good Hotel very near to Al Rigga metro.

it's a good value for money Hotel. about 300 meters from Rigga Metro. Breakfast is ok, one Indian dish they keep. Swimming pool timing is not good. clean, decent sized room. above 3rd floor, not much noise.

Room is spacious and clean Need to improve bathroom as per price range it's average it is near to Rigga metro station in Sun and Sands Clock Tower there is Indian Arbic night club and Masage centre also

Budget hotel with decent rooms Clean bathrooms Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Parking is not free and hotel is in a crowded area I got complementary breakfast when I booked for more than 3 nights.

Good spacious rooms carpeted, comfortable stay fast check-in, good ambience & best part its close to al-rigga metro station 2-3min walking & most happening street around. Recommended to all.

Sun and Sands Clock Tower was clean and well maintained. the food options were limited and the food was relatively expensive but there are few restaurants walkable that one can explore.

we enjoy our trip good hotel very clean and immediately response by the staff summing pool and clubs in Sun and Sands Clock Tower nice hotel for travellers groups.

Everything was good. Room was spacious and hygienic. Bell boys always come on call. The location was good near to the metro station. So it was a comfortable stay.

The rooms are good and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with Indian vegetarian food options as well. The only disappointment was not offering a free parking.

hotel was good even though old property and close to metro having parking facilities not like other hotels cunning of money minded overall good experience.

Nice hotel and located at prime location very near to Al Rigga Metro station. Staff is friendly. Ambience is really good. Rooms are clean and tidy.

it was a nice hotel with clean rooms and good service. but they give water bottles on the first day of stay. than we have to get it afterwards.

hotel has swimming pool & Jacuzzi too.. nightclubs on M floor but the sound doesnt reach to your room(2nd floor) thats a plis point.
