Rooms ar not spacious. Our bathroom door was defective. The hotel tried to fix it and then alloted a separate room. At that room also the door was defective. The travel arrangements to safari park, marine park were made by them at reasonable price. The breakfast also was not up to the mark as compared to other hotels in pattaya and phuket. The hotel is also far from market place. No restaurants nearby

This the worst hotel i hv ever stayed in , please dont book this hotel as its very far from pating beach or the main town , not recommended for family couples or even solo travellers .. Hotel staff doesnt know any language apart from thai , air conditioner doest work and if you try to complaint they dont listen .. I hate my hotel stay in my whole trip..

close to patong beach, it's on a hill with good view of sea, restaurant is ok with room service, rooms are clean, the receptionist decline to deliver water in room on morning which was lame, needed to go to seven eleven then, rooms are interconnected with a door with other rooms which I consider to be security and privacy threat

Close to a clean beach, this hotel gives you a perfect view of Patong beach and the ships/ cruises anchored on the sea. Though the hotel is quite far from Patong beach, you can easily commute with a motorcycle or tuk tuk. Good for travellers who want to relax a stay little away from the hustle of the city and night life.

Everything was ok in the hotel except that on the last day we checked out at 4 AM and it was intimated to the hotel the prevuous day. Our booking was including breakfast and they promised to provide breakfast at 4 Am. But during checkout they didn't.

Amazing view from sea facing room, private beach. Hotel is on Hill top so amazing sea view. Only washroom has some drainage problem. Overall very nice and peaceful place. Great privacy and peaceful environment.

Best thing about this resort is the location, right on the beach! Good food, nice spacious rooms but take the Seaview for the best experience. Little off the main city so better to have own ride to explore more.

Very beautiful location as it was near to the beach. Staff was very co-operative, polite and helpful. We had dinner there, Veg food was tempting and delicious. Everything was perfect.
