Hotel 4S NIWAS

1.There was nothing in the name of amenities. Just 1 small soap for washing hands. 2.The room was so small that it seemed as if someone had locked you somewhere. 3.There was no window in the room. There was 1 exhaust fan which was not working. 4. Water was neither asked for nor given in the room. 5.The telephone to talk to the reception was also not working. 6.The location is only 700 meters from the Golden Temple but it is in a very small lane behind the Golden Temple. 7.The staff was very strange, had no manners, wore dirty clothes, and had long hair. There was no dress. Very casual clothes. 8. White quilt is shown in the photo but they only give blankets. That too was getting dirty without a cover. On my request they gave me a nice clean blanket to cover myself It was a very bad experience

hotel is very near to golden temple. rooms are less spacious. basic amenities are good but needs little improvement like they were charging for drinking water, as you stay in any hotel they provide 2-3 water bottles without any cost, but they were charging for it. toilets and rooms were good in hygiene.

It was a comfortable stay, the location was close to the Golden Temple, and it was hardly a walk of 3-4mins. The room was clean, tea was amazing. Suitable for family stays, definitely worth the money.

No kettle, no jet spray, no fire place, no work desk, no toiletries, no chair, no newspaper, not good at all... How will you compensate. Room is so small.
