to the hotel manager,i would like to bring a concern to your attention. when i turned on the android tv in my room, it automatically started playing inappropriate content. it appears that a previous guest may have watched such content, and the browser history was not cleared.i kindly request that you have the staff check all android tvs across the hotel, clear their browser history, and ensure no inappropriate content is left accessible for future guests. this will help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone

The hotel is located on Mahavir chowk and has nice ambiance and can be easily located, also has open car parking available, however I felt hotel is slightly overpriced as they do not have breakfast included as part of the cost and also the room size is relatively small. Rest all its a nice hotel in the heart of Muzaffarnagar.
