We booked 2 rooms on ******* at aaditya heights, but on arrival at the hotel we were told no rooms are free. Arrangement was made for us to stay at nearby Vicky residency. We agreed since we needed the room only for a few hours at night and the hotel was located in the vicinity of the railway station. After leaving luggage at hotel we left for sightseeing returned to hotel only at night. The sheets were not very clean and there was cigarette smoke smell coming in from other rooms. AC was not working and we were told additional charges would have to be paid for that. No electrical point was working, even TV was off. The staff fixed the electrical problem immediately when informed. For the geyser to work, you have to inform the reception on hour before you need hot water. That didn't seem a feasible option considering that I would have to wake up at 3 in the morning after an exhausting day only to ask for hot water. We had a 5 am train to catch. There are no towels in the washroom. In one of the our rooms, the blade of the fan was inverted and the phone had to be charged after unplugging the TV from it electrical point. The lift stopped working once while we were inside and we luckily managed to get out as it went off on reaching our floor itself.

hotel is good ..but I reached at this hotel in night around 3 a.m but hotlier said there is no room ...in which we have already booked by goibibo...and already mention that we reached at this hotel by 3 p.m ...he did not realise his mistake and blame us...after long discussion he ..allotted us room in next morning...we come with our family and we face too much problem....hotel is over all good and...room are good...but miss happens we got trouble

staff was well behaving, good location, easily accessible because the railway station is just 50 mt away...and even the Golden Temple was near by, around 2.5 to 3 km... rooms were good, neat and clean...had not face any issue during the stay..

So the bathroom was dirty as you can see in the picture and towel was totally wet. Even bedsheets was old. I would suggest you guys to take care of all these basic stuffs.
