The rooms especially the cottages are well maintained and the view from the balcony was exceptional. We stayed one more day there only to experience the beautiful view from the balcony. Food quality is also good and the staff and workers are very professional and helpful. All rooms are clean and having good facilities too. Only drawback is, the hotel is on the way and 16 km away from Lansdowne town, but it doesn’t matter if you travel by car. highly recommended for those who wish a pleasant stay and enjoy the beauty of nature in lansdowne.

absolutely stunning cottages and cleanliness was Bang on both in the room and the washroom. room service was quick n efficient. food was yummy n pricing was good as well. we booked it for 2 nights half board n enjoyed every minute. staff was humble n knew their job well , so big thanks to each of them for making our stay memorable. right in front of the hotel there is a route for nature walk if that's your thing n everything is 15km ahead of the hotel like lake museum etc. p.s balcony in the cottages make stay more special.

It is a very neat property midway in between kotdwar and lansdowne. Absolutely calm and serene location. Right on near the main road. The biew from the room is beautiful. Hotel staff is very polite and prompt. Food is the highlight. Very nice food. Though they should try and have a a few more choices added in the food menu. Overall if you wish to relax and enjoy good food along with good hospitality, this is the place. food. Quick and prompt service

Best part of stay was jungle next to the resort. It's quite dense jungle and you can easily walk there on morning and evening. Stay on hotel was bit ok. Room service was quick and staff were professional. Room next to kitchen is avoidable as you will hear noise of chimney and staff most of time. Internet needs to be better.

Recently stayed with family for 2 nights Lovely place we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Property is at a very peaceful location and full of Greenery all around. Staff is polite and ever smiling. Big Rooms and clean washroom with big balcony overlooking green nature view.

Hotel/resort is very good, everything was perfect. We enjoyed alot and spent quality time. Issue is only one, location on google map is not correct. It is 15 km far bhulla taal. But as per nature's view its location is perfect
