Review for Hotel Lucky Galaxy, MumbaiI had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Lucky Galaxy near Marol Metro Station, Marol Naka, Andheri East, from 7th to 8th December 2024.The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner was not working, and the room was not ready when I checked in. Despite repeated complaints about the AC, the issue was not resolved until the management eventually changed my room. Basic necessities such as towels and soaps were missing and were only provided after repeatedly asking the staff. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even provide complimentary water, which is a basic courtesy expected at this price point.unreasonably high for the substandard services and conditions provided. It’s clear that the hotel management is taking undue advantage of the property’s prime location near Mumbai International Airport without focusing on maintaining even basic hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they make significant improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and service quality. There are much better options available nearby for a similar price.

A decent hotel close to the airport, just next to the Metro station and chose to a lot of eateries, restaurants, juice shops and many other shops. The room we stayed was a decent room with attached bathroom and AC. The room was next to the freeway so it was a bit loud during the night. The room had windows but we had them closed as the sound was loud. AC was working and it is necessary to be in that room. There is free drinking water at the reception and there is also a free WIFI with decent speed for browsing. The hotel staff arranged a taxi for us for Rs. 600 to the airport at 3.30am, which was very helpful. Overall a nice place to stay for a night if you want to stay close to the airport.

I have booked for 4 nights with the family and the room is not ready when I came in the early morning. I have to wait for 15 minutes to get the room.AC was leaking in the room they provided earlier then we need to shift the room downstairs.Even that room has very dirty smell from the toilets.Toilets don't have ventilation. The bad smell from the toilet comes into the room and you cannot even breatheit makes my son suffocation and we need to check out within 4 hours of our check in.This is not a hotel at all. Never ever stay with the family.my advice never trust this hotel and stay here. It was a terrible experience and I need to spend an extra 15000 to book into another hotel.

Good Location but pathetic experience while Checkin, they took one hour to allocate room . Many amenities were not provided as mentioned while booking, even hot water was not available in the morning hours. telephone will not work. For every issue or complaint, staff request to get adjusted. barring location nothing is good in this hotel

Location is ideal if you are travelling by flight as both T1 & T2 airports are at a close distance. Room are maintained well, washrooms are good. Ideal for 1 night stay. Hot water facility is available and many restaurants closeby to the Hotel. Budget friendly hotel, would be recommended for Couple or Solo travelers.

Good hotel to stay in the vicinity of the city and very cooperative staff. Great support by Hotel/Goibibo Team who took the initiative at last moment with my dates correction. It was a superb experience staying here!!! Hotel is very much adjacent to Airport and easy to move around business locations.

it's pathetic hotel.the hotel images shown is fake. the reality is different shown.the room is fully bed smelled and also very conservative room.staff's behavior is not well.I have check in and immediately check out the room.overall experience is bed and horrible.

Property has mentioned PARKING as amenity.I was travelling for 7 hours to this stay, reached around 1:30 am and they asked us to park our car on road. Even they denied to use washroom also.Worst management. Theres no space in bathroom. Worst stay ever.
