haven't come across such a value for money ever! delivered on all counts on this aspect! heritage construction offered help our family bond better - the open bathroom (without a roof within the room, innovative!) helped us understand each and every detail of other's bathroom behaviour. of course it meant that we had access to AC while we were at the **in the otherwise humid climate of Kochi - so considerate! our kitten, who we were told not to bring the next time, had a gala time of her life as she could change shades of her fur all the time! although we soon realised her secret - she found access to top of the bathroom wall which was covered with heritage dust from ages! not to mention that she also learnt great deal of human bathroom civilisation from the same top view. but that could not help us from stopping her as it was preserved everywhere humans could not reach, truly rare! small advice, get your** business done well before bed time or you could strain your relation with all others in the room for life. also, my doctor advised me, although retrospectively, to avoid fiddling with the curtains at any heritage places that I visit in future. we weren't the best visitors either to be frank. while leaving we, in pure desperation, dropped our kitten's litter sand within the premises citing solace in the fact that we had already noticed several places several other cats had pottied within the compound where one would otherwise hangout. the owner asked us to clean it for him which we did in fairly embarrassed and sorry state. all was fair till the owner insulted us in his proud state even after we had cleaned it without any fuss - but then he must have done a lot of effort to keep the heritage dust of the place safe for almost all his life now. ****

**, the superior delux double AC room was not the same that they have put up **... Had an AC, a double bed,...the room had unfinished walls... And there were lot of mosquitoes.. When we checked in, the room was not clean, there was another guest who had went out when we checked in... The owner had a master key, so he opened it and kept their things out and said they have checked out already but haven't taken their luggage.. . the room was dusty, not clean... The owner changed the bedspread....later A cleaner cleaned the room when we went out to sight see... Giving 2 stars only for the owner... The owner was Kind and helpful, suggested few nice places nearby.. One good thing happened was, the owner did not charge extra bcz we checked inn lately by 5.30 and checked out next day at 5.30.

First of all, it is not a hotel. It is a home having five rooms. Initially we thought food was good and homemade. But it was our misconception. At last day we understood that they provides food from Fatima restaurant and they heavily charge for it. The hotel owner sorry home-owner is helpful. This is the plus point.I booked this place only depending on previous reviews. But now I surprised about the reviews authenticity.

I booked for 2 night non A/c standard room. It has been found worst than Dharmasala. No TV, no body was there to take care. Its is not worth of Rs 1200 per day. Even 300 hundred is high. Its simple home of around 10*8.Toilet was outside the room. It was very risky to come out from room for toilet as just 1ft ahead open floor was there where any body can fall & get hurt. Its only for cheap stay on rent.
