Terrible in every way considering you give around Rs 3000 for hotel and you get the service like Rs 1000 or Rs 1500 hotel. Room was not clean and actually it was low standards then shown in picture. Even AC was working like water cooler which was not cooling. there was no bathroom kit, No tea kit or hot water jug. There was some damage in washroom as well. Overall very bad experience and won't recommend anyone atleast on this price.

the room I booked didn't match the one shown in the photos; it was quite poor. The receptionist's behavior was not pleasant, and he even suggested asking me to leave when I complained. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the room wasn't clean, and they didn't have bedsheets. They also refused to provide towels for changing. They're not delivering about 70% of the services mentioned.Look the dust in above photo??

Worst hotel.Room size very small and very bad smell in room. Behaviour of staff very rude.No mineral water in the room.No electric cattle in room.When asked mineral water ,they said it will be given on payment.Provided only one towel . we check out this hotel after one hr after paying money. Not recommended this hotel.

Dirty room, dirtiest balcony, smelly bedsheet. Had to call 2-3 times as water supply was not proper. I extended for another day as i didn't had time to switch hotel but the room was not cleaned neither the water bottle was provided till 8-9pm. Very unprofessional staff, there is nothing good about this hotel.

dirty hotel, not professional, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, 8:30am onwards only you will get tea that too after 1 hr of ordering....you need to ask for towel, soap, water bottle.....any staff came to room, they clean their shoes on floor mate kept near bathroom.....

Pro - * AC was really good. * Staff was courteous. Cons - * Failed on cleanliness badly. There was cockroach in the room. * The pipe of wash basin was broken which was leaking water on the floor of washroom. I had to adjust it for my stay. Overall it's not recommended.

I stayed for two 2 days in the hotel .All rooms ,amenities ,etc are well maintained. All staff behaviour is also friendly .It is the best hotel available in good price range near sector 18 metro ,will recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was overall an average experience, the location is good, room was also not bad, staff behaviour was nice. The price for which i booked it seemed to me higher in comparison to the facililtes provided by them.
