where do I start from? so this property is booked under 2 different names. The one I booked was named hotel admire inn and the other name is oyo hometown. When I reached the address mentioned in the booking was a completely wrong address. the place was 700 m away from the address. I had to walk with my luggage all the way in the hot afternoon because my cab had already left. When I informed the hotel about this that I had to walk all the way because of your wrong address all they said was "ok". No apologies, no guilt, no shame. Didn't even offer me water even when I was panting and sweating after the walk. Most importantly they mislead the customer by saying that they have deluxe and super deluxe rooms, so if you don't like the deluxe room then they will upgrade it to super deluxe free of charge. When I reached the property they said they only had deluxe rooms and all are the same. No super deluxe available. Then why mislead? Just don't mention anything about super deluxe then.Room was okay. But the wifi didn't work. I had my office work. When called the reception they said they will come and fix it. I am still waiting them to come. Over all they worst experience I could have.

pathetic place to stay...smelling bad, no cleanliness, no hot water to shower in winters, no bottled water to drink, bedsheets and blankets were smelling horrible with so many stains on it. waited 2 hours to checkin after 12pm but forced to empty the rooms at 11:30am next morning. do not use this place, all pictures are edited

Bedsheet and blanket both were dirty, even cushions are also dirty. Somewhere bed sheets were ripped off.Room and bathroom both was too small.water dripping in bathroom from fall sealing.Lift not working.TV not working due to unrecharge.Overall the experience was very bad.

Everything was great but I found some cons... Actually my booking was with morning breakfast. They gave us the breakfast from the outside stand but not from their restaurant. Further their television was not working.

Very bad experience,, very small room. Bad service. Only 1 towel provided for 2 person, this hotel admire inn not exists. This is oyo townhouse hotel, location is also taken to wrong place 👎so terrible
