ADVAITHA SERENITY RESORTS

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent stay at this resort was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster.First, the check-in process was a mess. We waited for over 30 minutes with no explanation or apology and receptionist was rude. Once we finally got to our room, it was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the bedspread, and the air conditioning barely worked. I had to call twice just to get clean towels, which arrived late and were threadbare.I booked Suite room and it's a joke about Suite room it's look like a PG with zero amenities and low lights with combination of small bulbs and small tubelight. it's totally negative energy and wibes in the room.The food was equally bad. The so-called "buffet" was a sad, unappetizing selection of tasteless food that I wouldn’t feed to my dog. The staff was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in providing any kind of service.The amenities were equally subpar. The pool was overcrowdedTo top it off, the entire resort was incredibly noisy. Loud music blared from the beach bar late into the night, and I could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get any rest.They promise for sofa in room, however there was no sofa in rooms.Save your money and book somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Only good thing: Food and Food related hospitality. Very very bad hpspitality in the resort. All the games were pathetic. I personally had a very bad experience where the swimming pool had a broken tile pr something underwater. My toes were slit and had to spend half of my stay at the dpctprs. When i told this to the resprt, they said "ok sir". No signs of correcting it. Worst experience. Dont play any adventure game. I doubt it's safe. Do not go to this resort. That is it. Resort is great. the environment is just awesome. if you are looking to immerse yourself in nature, this is a great place. Good service, people are always available to assist you. The swimming pool is big, well spread over, in between greenery. you have ducks to greet you as well! Only thing is it is 10kms away from Mysuru railway station. You need to plan well in case you want to visit palace, zoo, brindawan gardens and all. Food quality is good but breakfast has limited options. overall it was a memorable experience amd worth every penny spent. Spent good time at the pool and the play area with kids.

recommended for Nature lovers - for kids senior citizens and even for young couples. A great place for kids with various adventure games facilities. Rooms accommodations are big but not that classy. The food quality is good and the staff is well behaved. Rates are not pocket friendly for the lower middle Class. Otherwise for the family 2/3/4/5 rates are logical.
