I stayed here almost 11 hours and providing geniune reviews. It seems Hotel Airside is located in very old Muslim area and I personally feel they just converted labour shops and mechanical shops area into a hotel. They charge me extra for 2 hours early check-in however I also informed that I will leave the hotel 13-14 hours prior but they didn't agreed and charged me. No lift so staff shifted our luggage on second floor. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket were quite old, torn out and not washed. Electric geyser was not working for 30 minutes then staff member fixed that issue. Just outside the hotel there are many Tapris and food shops, so don't include food in this hotel. Overall staff was helpful and hotel is very near to T2 international airport Mumbai, we reached Airport in around 15 minutes. If you are unavailable to find any other hotel then book this one.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was below average. The cleanliness was not up to the mark; the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. There was no hand wash or soap provided in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. Every time I needed hot water, I had to call the reception to switch on the geyser. This was quite frustrating and disrupted my stay. Additionally, only one liter of drinking water was provided for free, and any additional bottles were chargeable. The worst part was the state of the bedsheet and comforter; they were too dirty to use comfortably. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

maintenance was not good, water is coming out from the ac, tv no video is coming, tv is drenched with water. bathroom pipe connection was not there and water is coming out from the wash basin. area is not so good surrounded by mechanical shops, main road is near be , hotel sudarshan, a good udupi veg restaurant is nearby within 2kms.The services rendered by you from time to time is really admirable. Thanks for the excellent assistance provided by you.🙏

2 floors without liftGeger hot water not working Booking wise reflecting AIRPORT DROP AND PICKUP FREE...But it's chargeable...also they said Rs.400/- for T2 drop but they given normal Non Ac Taxi. I given Rs.400/- driver again he is arranging for more amount.Hotel area not that much good 2 STAROnly convent for T2 Airport besideAs per local Auto persons information may be not permitted hotels...exactly don't know...Only Reception decorated..Rooms normal

Room and hotel is ok. we ordered dinner ant night from hotel but during checkout while final billing they charged more than double of the original bill and when I cross checked and asked the reception boy he has no answer for that. So they are making fool to travellers in billing as they know that during checkout travellers are in hurry to reaching airport

Good ambience. In the vicinity of airport, can even take a long walk to departures (especially T2). Room service food options are good. Simple and fresh breakfast served every morning. Polite staff, though a bit tardy.

we stayed just one night and was fine. Friendly staff our mob charger was missing and they provided mobile charger. just to add one thing if they can use the air refresher on the corridor and rooms.

The google maps location to this hotel is showing ibis hotel. Please ask them to check google, why it is routing google maps to ibis instead of airside. No presence on google maps

staying in these hotels just because it's near the airport and usually stay for 6-8 hours only before taking a flight. bedsheets quality is worse , it can put rashes on the body.

Everything was good but you have to compromise with the location though it is close to the airport, the locality in which hotel is little smelly because of meat shop nearby.

Good hotel near the airport. The rooms are good at the offered price. Airport terminal 2 is just 1.5 km. far from the Airport. Rooms are clean. Good hotel for family.
