Pros :- Location (200-300mtrs to the market) Morning breakfast (included in package) - Less options but was good Cons:- Playing risk of your life with rooms on the lower end in a separate building. No Wi-Fi , Monkey menace and real struggle when talking abt deadly insects that come inside the room (specifically during rainy season) .Have posted a pic to get a feel of what I'm referring in here .It came right on my head while I was sleeping in the room . It was around 4AM at that moment .Fortunate enough to save my soul as I immediately caught hold of it, then threw it away ,turned on the lights and had to kill it instantly.Shared feedback but was taken on a lighter note. Nothing more I can say here..

Visited the hotel on 22/6/2017 and they charged Rs.**/- a night, for the okayish room. The next morning the entire family is suffering from skin rashes and irritation due to bed bugs ( consulted 3 doctors for the same ). It has been more than a week and all the family members are still down with skin rashes and irritation. Upon talking with Mr. Devendar, who's the manager at the hotel, he bluntly asks to put the review and says he doesn't care about what happened. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!

Alasia Hotel in Kasauli has an excellent location which is one of the reasons I chose to stay there. I found the staff very polite, helpful and open to suggestions. However it seems that they need more training in housekeeping. Alasia is an old hotel and needs extensive refurbishing which I hope the management will do to improve the quality of accommodation and services. The food especially the Chicken Pie was good and the helpings adequate. I May choose to stay here again.

Great property and good location. Not exactly value for money and Hotel are casual in customer service. Our booking had breakfast included but hotel denied at breakfast hall. (acknowledged error at check out but damage was done). Average customer service at Hotel and poor housekeeping. Evening tea cups were picked up next day morning after repeated reminders. Not for repeat travel.

Hotel Alasia is one of the best property in Kasauli if you want to stay near market. It has ample parking space and friendly staff which gives it promising start. Cottage like rooms are cozy and chic from interior. Food is delicious and less oily. Not sure who are the people giving poor reviews.

Worst Stay in Kasauli. Hotel Structure is too old & looks like staying abandoned place. Not maintained properly. Staff behaviour issue, no support from management after reporting. After 10 you cant even order milk for kids as kitchen is closed.

Very Bad experience. Mismanaged staff and Very Old Property which is not maintained properly. Non Supportive Staff, Very Late Service, After 10PM you are not allowed to order anything in room even not a Milk for Kids.

It was nice stay. Location is good , just two minutes distance from main market. Staff is humble. Quality of food is good with reasonable rate. Bar needs improvement. very few options in bar. Overall good experience.

There were no lamp or night bulb. Room was smellimg like hell. Tv amd power point was not working. Ended up payimg for the room which is not at all worth
