Pleasant stay. Clean room and bathroom with all basic amenities like Air Conditioner, TV, WiFi, Hot water etc. No restaurant inside the hotel, but they arrange it from nearby restaurant upon request at reasonable rates. Food taste was good. Walkable distance from Ernakulam North railway station. Kaloor metro station is around 500 metres, which provides a convenient commute to the city. Safe, clean room, easy to commute to the city, appreciable staff behaviour.

The rooms were clean and neatly maintained by the management strictly following the Protocols. The staff and hospitality was at its best. The location of the rooms also adds another feather to the cap.

Room was good. Affordable price. Mosquitoes were a problem. Pillow cover and bedsheet had some kind of stain . Bathroom was clean. Overall experience was good. Lift facility is not available.

The rooms are a bit small but okay,bedsheets don't LOOK clean. The bathroom floor seemed soapy and noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard easily
