I had first booked the standard room on reaching Pondicherry at early 6.30 am, the staff provided me to do an early checkin with only few extra bucks. As their usual check in and checkout is from 12pm to 12 pm, on reaching the hotel, as there were no standard rooms available for early checkin, oh! The lucky me got a free upgrade to superior mini suite. This place is actually an apartment converted to hotel, so it was like a 1bhk, with hall , AC room , dining area and kitchen. They have a mini fridge, a dining table, tv and sofa with two mini balconies at dining area and room. A restaurant with bar is at 5th floor. On request, the staff also provided me a rented bike and roadmap too. Overall experience : 4 Staff- 4.5 Food- 3 Cleanliness- 4 Ambience-4 Location-4.5 as its safe n residential Easy access to main road(50mts) Value for money!! Thankyou Alps team, it was great stay !!

Alps residency is a home away from home in pondicherry.Vwry near to bus stand,beach n all important tourist places. Management and staff are courteous and efficient.The 2 BHK serviced apartment is clean and tidy with decent facilities and well maintained bathrooms.AC,geyser,cable tv all made our stay pleasant.We went aa a group of5(all girls) and felt safe and well looked after.Overall our stay was great and we recommend for families and group of friends going to Puducherry for safe and comfortable stay.

I stayed here for a night and experience is really good, front office team welcomed me with a smile and I checked in very quickly after sharing details. Mr.Savil guided me near by good restaurant and near by attractions too. room is neat and clean and really its value for money. in future I will refer to my family mates to stay here. safe and secured Apartment **** Hotel style. in house food is really good. property is located at the heart the city.

hi Every one, I stayed here for a day. property was neat a d clean. I got a recently renovated room. front office team were very friendly and helped us with cabs. Mr.Savil guided us to near by attractions. I have already referred some of my family mates to stay here and experience. it is safe and secure at centre of the city. spacious room's neat a d clean bathroom. on time response

Best service apartment in all means. it's costlier though is worth for money. You ll get a typical 2bhk flat with fully air conditioned includes hall n 2 bedrooms. Rooms r provided with best bed n mattress. Restaurant is available but it's little costly. You do ve a fridge in the flat.
