PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.1. didnot even carry bags to our room. not in checkin nor checkout. they only saw us carrying bags and giggling over it.2. no room handle on the door, even after saying twice they didnot change3. no cleanliess AT ALL. mosquioto's, bed bugs all over the room, couldnt sleep the whole night, asked them twice to go and clean, no response.4. washroom was HOPELESS. was stinking, even after asking him to do so, he did, but no change. it was just as severe as during checkin.5. no space to even move here and there, or keep bags and they CALL IT A TRIPLE BED ROOM. Would love to know what should be a proper triple bed room size.6. bed sheets stinky, torn and messy.7. asked them to get a room service 2 times. NO RESPONSE. when we came back it was the same. We somehow spent the dark night and left the next day. COULDNT EVEN STAY THERE during the day, night was another chapter.8. have attached pictures of the mess the room had due to bugs. patchy walls and bugs. all adding up to the troubles already we were facing.9. DO NOT RECOMMENED TO ANY AGE GROUPS. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE.

hotel is good at this price segment, especially in Mumbai. though the room is too small it is average for two people. in the room you will get 2 beds with cushion, no blanket was there no tv, no towel, and no other service was there. washrooms are ok not the attached washrooms where I stay However, good hotels around csmt. now if you want to book a hotel for 1-2 days at a very budget-friendly cost then only you can go for this. I have booked it for 1 day. check-in around 9 am of 8th December and check-out at around 4 am of the very next day, so it's a short time booking for me that's why I choose this 😄Hope this was helpful for travellers ✌️😃💫 I like reading and writing

very very nice hotel. they recently renovated their hotel with good interiors. hotel staff are very polite and helping in nature. it is located in centre of mumbai shopping area. the food , shopping,taxi everything available around the hotel itself. this is my genuine review. go for it without any doubt guys🤘

The location of the property is not too inside from the main road, but a walk-able distance from the main road. There is no in-house restaurant in the property but they have arranged food from outside restaurant. The room and the washroom was neat and clean and the staff also had a good behavior.

Room service are very very poor, What ever showing the details before booking the hotel that was not matching,Staff behaviour are not good.No soap and towel available in bathroom,Rooms was very small .only good things, this is near by CSBT

The room and the washroom was not properly cleaned. The washroom was also congested. However the facilities was good. The staff also had a good behavior. The location of the hotel is inside from the main road.

Fantastic hotel to stay in, loved the hotel ambiance and peoples was friendly, hotel management was helpful, room was neat& clean. No meals facility and parking space however WiFi was available.

Hotel location was not perfect but they provided us a standard room which was okay. However cleaning was not appropriate including bathroom as it was very dirty.
