I had come from Abu Dhabi at 10 o'clock in the night... There was no geyser, no mirror, no cupboard in which to keep any clothes... On top of that, I was given a room on the ground floor near the reception. There was so much noise from 6 o'clock in the morning that I couldn't find it and my migraine was triggered. At night I asked the owner to give me a room on the 1st floor or above. You were supposed to shift at 11... but next morning she went back on her promise and refused to give me any room... it was a very terrible nightmare to me... if I got the option of rating more. -ve rating card.... and be aware now, this 3 star hotel is not...The privacy should be given privacy instead of they give the room on the ground floor near reception, where there is no meaning of privacy.... After requesting ki 1st floor par de do... the owner denied the request.

The hotel is quite average with nothing particularly outstanding. Basic amenities like water, soap, and fresh bed sheets are provided, but only upon request. It would have been better if these were offered proactively.

very nice hotel. Just walk in distance from golden temple. Staff are very supportive. Overall experience is very nice. Must recommend family hotel near golden temple.

Not a luxury hotel at all...rooms require a lot of maintenance....half of the things were broken in bathroom
