Hotel Anand inn

The hotel condition is utterly pathetic. They shouldn't even list it as a hotel. The rooms were so dirty and untidy that it was unbearable to stay. Me and my partner had no option to stay elsewhere as it was peak season during new year and all other hotels were booked. First day we checked in, we were shifted to hourly basis room even though we pre booked well in advance. Later after heated arguments and having so pathetic experience they shifted us to the other room which was not any good either. And the condition of that first room was so horrendous!! like if it wasn't cleaned in years. There was pungent smell all over after entering the room, even a/c couldn't do any better. The mirror was broken, the wirings were out, dust all over the furniture, leakage on walls and to add to it there was someone's used protection thrown in the room and dustbin was already used. The bedsheets and pillow covers were unclean, bathroom had no mirror and bathroom drains were smelling as hell. Geyser wirings were out as well. And the manager was so rude that I literally had verbal spat with him, so uncultured and ill-mannered that he didn't even know how to behave infront of customers, was chewing gutka everytime and always up for the argument as if he was paying us to stay there. We somehow managed our stay and checked out as soon as our trip was over.

Very horrible experience. Hotel Manager was rude and use bad words when I asked for bill.They will not provide as you book and says that no hotel bill provide bill. I told him that I am frequent traveler and even big hotel provide bill.I told him you come with me nearby by Hotels like Furstenberg,Hotel blossom,Hotel Apex etc all provide bill as we have to put bill in our company for reimbursement but he didn't listen to and l also requested him pls connect your owner or manager but he refused. I recorded all discussions. TV was not working ,Water was leaking from AC room was flooded with water. I requested the staff but no response. I requesting all travelers pls dont stay at ANAND INN HOTEL, VAPI.I Am feeling very pity for Hotel Owner whether he knows his staff or not.

Hotel is good location wise and cleanliness wise. Staff is cooperative and helpful. But they have specific timing for serving things. Like I reached the hotel at 5:30 and asked for a cup of tea which they told will be served after 7:00 pm only when the kitchen starts which is not acceptable Room size is very good and washroom is also big, but food is a issue as you have to have what they serve and outside food is not allowed and no egg items are served even though it is mentioned in the menu which they have stopped but has not changed the menu. This is one of their drawback

I had 2 days stay with my spouse in Hotel Anand Inn which is located at 2 kms from Vapi Station. The hotel is at a focal point from Daman and Silvassa and is worth every buck u spend. The room was spacious and everything was neat and tidy. The stay was superb and the hospitality extended by staff was worth visiting them again.Also, they offer complimentary breakfast.We had an early morning checkout and we couldn't thank the staff and cook enough for serving us breakfast in no time.
