Hotel Anmol Era, Jabalpur

1. Booked 2 AC rooms with breakfast package for 3 guests.2. Informed the property 1 day before about the arrival schedule.3. The property assured us to pickup from the railway station. For one guest arriving by air, no provision for pickup.4. When about to reach, informed that our stay is being changed to their another property Hotel Anmol Classic. We protested yet to no avail.5. At the railway station, an old car in bad shape was waiting with another unknown guest sharing the same car.6. The driver asked us to pay the parking charges.7. At the diverted property, Hotel Anmol Classic, welcome by a rude lady receptionist.8. The rooms were not prepared. We had to ask for the cleaning.9. There were no welcome n toiletry kits provided.10. Within an hour, we noticed few rats too sharing the same room. We informed the reception n house keeping. The had no idea how to control them. We asked them to either call the pest control people or provide us the mouse glue pads.11. After repeated requests, after 6 hours we could get the mouse glue pads. The staff didn't know how to use them. Had no idea about the bait putting. We arranged, trapped mouse n handed over to the hotel staff for the disposal.12. The lady receptionist misled about the breakfast provision. 13. The dining hall was full of house flies. Got abdominal infection due to the contamination. 14. On 12th morning, the buffet breakfast started after 8.30 am instead of 7.30. Our one guest couldn't have tea n left.15. The same lady receptionist called us to inform that the breakfast was complimentary only for one room guest n not for the second. That had to be paid. The other thing we rudely informed that we're not entitled for the buffet breakfast, but only for single item, like poha in the room. Ridiculous !16. We had to checkout on 13th May by 5 am, no question of attending the buffet breakfast.17. The hotel group is thus misleading the guests. They take the bookings in the name of Hotel Anmol Era & divert them to their another, less popular property Hotel Anmol Classic with extremely poor services.Recommend not to book any of their properties. If booked n they try to divert, cancel the booking.

rooms are clean and tidy.rooms are small for accommodate 3 persons.blankets are dirty and need to be dry clean because its smell so bad during sleep.Geyser facility is not available in rooms.their is a centralized hot water system but not provide hot water adequately. Staffs are co operative.

One of the worst stays I have ever booked. The rooms were full of bed bugs and there was no room service available. I even forgot some of my belongings in the room but the hotel staff denied it saying they haven't found anything in the room.

I had an opportunity to stay at Hotel Anmol and met with Mr. Pradeep.. He is really an very supportive and heart touching person. I highly recommend anyone who wants to stay at this hotel. Service and the cleaness is Excellent..
